Position Description
The Corporate Access team facilitates high-quality engagement between institutional investors and listed companies across Hong Kong and China through non-deal roadshows, investor meetings, field trips, conferences, and other corporate access activities.
The Senior Corporate Access Manager will be responsible for originating, coordinating, and executing corporate access opportunities for institutional clients, while working closely with corporates, Sales, Research, and other internal stakeholders. The role requires strong relationship management skills, excellent execution capabilities and a thorough understanding of the Hong Kong and China equity markets.
Key Areas of Responsibilities
- Originate and execute corporate access activities across Hong Kong and China, including non-deal roadshows, investor meetings, access days, site visits, field trips and thematic events.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with listed companies, investor relations professionals and other corporate contacts.
- Partner closely with Sales and Research teams to identify and deliver relevant corporate access opportunities for institutional investors.
- Coordinate corporate marketing efforts and facilitate introductions between corporates and investors.
- Support the planning and execution of investor conferences, forums and other flagship client events.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring a high standard of execution and client service.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth event delivery and follow-through.
- Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with internal policies, procedures and compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting of corporate access activities as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Corporate Access, Equity Sales, Investor Relations, Institutional Marketing, Financial Services or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Hong Kong and China equity markets and the interaction between institutional investors and listed companies.
- Proven ability to build and manage relationships with corporates and institutional clients.
- Strong project management, organizational and execution skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
- Fluent Mandarin and English, both written and spoken, are essential.
