Responsibilities:
- Take ownership in handling daily trade flows and client requests, including pricing, executions and trade booking
- Handle daily operation including dealing, settlement, accounts, margin financing and customer service
- Perform account and KYC documents review and check the validity on forms for new accounts and amendments
- Perform quality control on reconciliations between front office and back-office system to ensure data capture accuracy and completeness
- Handle enquiries and ad-hoc tasks as required
- Monthly report generation accountability
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Business/Finance or relevant disciplines
- Current holder of SFC license RA1 & R2
- Solid +9 years’ experience of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge in Securities, Bonds and Structured Products
- Familiar with KYC and account documentation;
- Mature, independent and self-motivated, ability to work effectively under pressure and be a team player
- Detail-oriented with good communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong MS Excel applications and computer operation
- Excellent command of written and spoken Cantonese and English
