Our client, an international Financial data provider, is looking to hire a Customer Support to provide first line of support for financial institutions across APAC.
Responsibilities
Provide 1st level support to internal and external users for all products and deliver channels via email and telephone
Manage all incoming inquiries and prioritize cases based on severity, customer, resources
Work effectively with the Global Support Team across regions and time zones
Learn and understand the company's products and develop an expert-level understanding of all features available to customers/users
Provide product training via Zoom to satisfy client's needs
Requirements
Bachelor degree in any discipline
3-5 years of experience working in Customer Support role, engaging with customers either on the phone or email
Experience using CRM (i.e. Salesforce or other brands)
Ability to troubleshoot and leverage resources to solve problems
Being proactive and great attention to detail
Ability to organize and prioritize tasks
Excellent collaboration skills and embrace teamwork
Excellent mannerism and communication skills with fluency in English
Experience with Datafeeds, Web based platforms is a plus
