WE ARE LOOKING FOR .....

You will be part of Group Performance and Rewards team which focuses on ensuring our compensation & benefits framework and policies are competitive and support the business strategy. You will partner with the markets to provide compensation & benefits advisory, including supporting strategic initiatives such as mergers & acquisitions. In this role, you will also be responsible for driving and coordinating the Annual Total Compensation Review (TCR), work on reviewing compensation & benefit framework and policies and ensure we are up-to-date on compensation & benefits' market intelligence.

You will report to the Director of Rewards Solutions and Advisory.

How you would make a difference as a Thought Leader:

• Rewards Advisory
- On the BAU side, you partner with the markets on compensation & benefits matters including review of job evaluation and ensure proper governance is in place, Group-wide benchmarking approach and implementation, individual comp package review and advisory, etc.
- On the CHANGE side, this will include work on strategic compensation & benefits initiatives such as emerging mergers & acquisition with pro-active support and overseeing the integration process

• Compensation & Benefits Framework, Policy and Process
You will perform regular review of compensation & benefits framework, policies and processes to ensure they are market competitive, efficient and effective, and support the business objectives. You also create and maintain AIA Group knowledge articles for compensation & bene fits in Workday to ensure a common understanding and implementation across all the business units.

• Annual Total Compensation Review (TCR)
You are responsible for the TCR managed centrally across the Group and as such the key contact person for the markets supporting them during the TCR cycle. You prepare and execute the TCR focusing on end-to-end management. You will partner with other Group Performance and Rewards (GPR) teams, Group HR Technology and HR IT, the markets, HR Business Partners and other internal and external partners.

• Market Data and Intelligence
You will support market benchmarking exercises to be conducted throughout the year, review benchmarking approach and pay ranges for the Group as a whole. You will support and provide guidance to local reward teams to ensure the market benchmarking process is robust, market data and pay ranges are relevant and valid.

• Compensation and Benefits Network Management
You organise and facilitate regular huddles to connect amongst the markets and share updates from GPR. You are the key contact of local reward teams for enquires and provide general guidance about our Compensation & Benefits framework, policy, process and new initiatives to various stakeholders from time to time.

What you need to be successful
• Have 10 or above years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, possess solid C&B knowledge
• Structured and attentive to details in analysis, planning, conceptualization, and execution
• Proactive in building partnership with different stakeholders and collaborate through communication and influencing skills
• Experience in coordinating Total Compensation Review (annual cycle) on a group basis, preferably with strong Workday expertise, especially for Advanced Compensation
• Strong project management skills combined with a customer-centric mindset
