Senior Manager, RPA & Process Re-engineering Business Lead

Job Responsibilities:

Assess business process for automation opportunities across various business units
Develop business requirements with customer & manage project scope as appropriate
Document current and future state process definitions through use of Process Definition Documents (PDDs) and Solution Design Documents (SDDs), respectively
Create and maintain project plan and timelines with customer expectations
Establish and run meeting cadence with customer for project status, tracking, and escalations
Demonstrate comprehension of automation processes and revise designs as needed based on customer feedback
Act as the RPA development members and business stakeholders on identifying customer acceptance criteria and supporting User Acceptance Test (UAT) planning for each development sprint

Job Requirements:

4 years of experience in Business Process Analysis for RPA automation processes and process improvement experience
Business Analyst Certifications with RPA platforms (such as UiPath) are a plus
Knowledge on Lean Six Sigma or workflow documentation tool, such as Visio, are an advantage.
Bachelor degree in Technical areas
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with demonstrated attention to detail
Good communication skills to build relationships with key stakeholders
Prior experience with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes and project delivery in an Agile/Scrum environment
Candidate with stronger experience will be considered as Senior Analyst.
