Our client is a well-established MNC within the commercial sector, with a strong presence in its industry. Operating within a collaborative and multicultural environment, they are undergoing a significant data transformation journey to enhance decision-making through enterprise analytics and business intelligence. They are currently seeking a Senior Manager / Manager, Data Management to drive data strategy, governance, and Power BI adoption across the business.

Your new role

• Develop and execute enterprise-wide data management and governance strategies.
• Drive Power BI adoption and enhance reporting capabilities across business functions.
• Define data standards, KPI frameworks, and reporting best practices.
• Lead initiatives to improve data quality, consistency, accessibility, and governance.
• Partner closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and identify analytics opportunities.
• Act as the bridge between business and the data team, managing expectations and resolving gaps in requirements and delivery.
• Oversee data integration and reporting solutions across enterprise applications, including ERP, HRIS, finance, sales/order management, and inventory/warehouse management systems.
• Support digital transformation and business performance initiatives through data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with regional and local teams within a multicultural environment.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in Data Management, Business Intelligence, Analytics, Data Governance, or related disciplines.
• Strong expertise within the Microsoft Data & Analytics technology stack, including Power BI, SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS), Power Automate, and related Microsoft BI technologies.
• Proven experience driving Power BI dashboard adoption and self-service analytics initiatives across business functions.
• Strong understanding of data modelling, KPI development, semantic layers, and enterprise reporting frameworks.
• Industry experience within commercial sectors such as Logistics, Supply Chain, Retail, FMCG, Trading, or Distribution is highly preferred.
• Experience integrating and managing data from business applications such as ERP, HRIS, Finance, Sales & Order Management, and Warehouse & Inventory Management Systems.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage senior business users and bridge gaps between business and technology teams.
• Proficient in both English and Cantonese communication. Hong Kong working rights are preferred.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Manager position.
