Senior Relationship Manager / Relationship Manager – Large Corporates, Commercial Banking Department 1

Responsibilities:

• Acquire and grow a portfolio of corporate and commercial accounts in alignment with the bank's strategy and vision;
• Maximize the bank’s return by implementing marketing activities which cover all aspects of corporate and commercial lending and preparing credit proposals;
• Develop banking relationships by cross-selling different banking products and services of the bank;
• Uphold credit policy and lending guidelines in order to maintain a balanced approach to risk management;
• Communicate with Operations, Compliance and Credit Department to provide seamless services to customers.

Requirements:

• Degree holder with good educational background;
• At least 6 years of banking experience in commercial banking with at least 2 years of experience as Relationship Manager and has an excellent track record with HK customers;
• Good business network with the ability of acquiring new HK / PRC corporate customers; experience in the mid-cap sector, PRC SOEs & POEs is preferred;
• Has a strong track record to work independently in providing corporate and commercial banking solutions (Syndicated loan, trade finance, revolving and term loans, cash management and treasury product) to customers;
• Sound understanding and experience in credit analysis & commercial lending;
• A team player with good communication skills;
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin);
• Occasional travelling is required.
