Senior System Development Manager (System Architect)

Responsibilities :

Responsible for system design review and technical solution evaluation of the application systems for the bank digital transformation.
Support digital transformation projects with concrete technical advice, technical standard definition, common framework design and development.
Provide concrete advice and design principle for specific domain platform implementation.
Troubleshoot problem and propose recommendation to resolve issue, and collaborate with developers and/or external parties to resolve technical issue.
Provide analysis opinion before project implementation and evaluation after project implementation to make sure each application systems are working with the defined technical standard and adopted standard framework.
Work closely the architect office for learning the new technology and enhance the application system development with the latest technical skill and knowledge.

Requirements :

Degree or above with major in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline.
At least 10 years working experience on application system development and system design, preferably in Banking and Finance sector.
Solid experience in Cloud Platform, Microservice, API, Spring boot, Spring Cloud, JSON, Swagger, etc.
Experience on Internet Banking, Mobile Banking (iOS and Android), Branch Application System, Open API is an advantage.
Knowledge of CI/CD Pipeline, DevSecOps tools, open source framework, container, docker, Kubernetes is an advantage.
Knowledge on Oracle, DB2, MySQL, Mongo DB, WebSphere, MQ, AIX, Linux is an advantage.
Strong analytical, problem solving, decision making and communication skills.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, adaptive to changes and able to work under pressure.
Good command of written English and Chinese.
Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
