Responsibilities
Experience
- Work on multiple IT projects to align with technology and business roadmaps of the Bank.
- Provide the end-to-end project support including requirement definition, solutions analysis, testing and deliverables preparation.
- Proficient to develop project plan, keep track the progress of projects to meet the project schedules, and deliver project deliverables as planned.
- Work closely with various IT teams, business units and vendors to ensure alignment of initiatives.
Experience
- Degree holder in Information Technology or related disciplines.
- At least 3 years of post-qualification IT project management experience, preferably in banking or financial services industries.
- Understanding of strategy planning, digital transformation, FinTech, RegTech, and other technologies etc.
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure to meet project deadlines.
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin).
- Holder of professional certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master will be an advantage.
