System Development Manager (AI and Biometric)

Responsibilities :

Responsible for system design, development and support of the AI related or biometric authentication application systems for the bank digital transformation.
Manage digital transformation projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, gather business requirements and provide consultation for stakeholders.
Involve in system development lifecycle including user requirement collection, analysis and design, development, SIT, UAT, training, documentation and ongoing support.
Troubleshoot problem and propose recommendation to resolve issue, and collaborate with developers and/or external parties to resolve technical issue.
Manage and work closely with external vendors.

Requirements :

Degree or above with major in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline.
At least 2 years working experience on artificial intelligence and biometric authentication, preferably in Banking and Finance sector.
Knowledge on artificial intelligence learning model and the implementation of model.
Solid experience in Java, J2EE, Spring boot, JSON, etc.
Experience on Mobile Banking (iOS and Android) is an advantage.
Knowledge of FIDO is an advantage.
Knowledge on Oracle, DB2, MySQL, WebSphere, MQ, AIX, Linux is an advantage.
Strong leadership, team management and problem-solving skills; self-motivated, creative and with proven track record in driving firm-wide initiatives.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, adaptive to changes and able to work under pressure.
Good command of written English and Chinese.
Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
