Test Analyst

As a User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Tester, you will be responsible for the following:-

• Co-ordinate and handle user acceptance test (“UAT”) for various user departments
• Perform user acceptance test and arrange the training and logistics for service rollout 
• Prepare necessary documentations including UAT Plan, Test Cases and User Guide, etc. 
• Carry out intranet content migration
• Compile visitor tracking reports and provide post implementation support

As a Project Coordinator (PMO Analyst), you will be responsible for the following:- 

• Administer project and program change control
• Set up, support, and provide detailed guidance on project management governance
• Provide advice on project proposals and plans
• Handle enquiries from internal stakeholders regarding project status 
• Assist PMO Lead with management of IT Project Portfolio 
• Responsible for all project governances such as business case review, approval, financial and resource utilization tracking, project status tracking 
• Perform internal control review/audit exercises 
• Make awareness of IT infrastructure, IT applications and service processes used

To be considered for this role as a User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Tester / Project Coordinator (PMO Analyst) (2 roles), you possess the following:-

• Diploma or Degree holders in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines 
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in a global organization
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
