Treasury Management, Associate

We are looking for Cash and Liquidity Management specialists to join the Treasury team of a leading financial institutions.


  • Handling daily treasury activities, including funding arrangement, cash transfer and deposit placement for both house and client money.
  • Provide day-to-day liquidity management, short term and long-term cash flow planning;
  • Manage the full life cycle of bank accounts, including bank account opening, closing, online banking management, authorized signatory update and bank account data management.
  • Working with broader Treasury Modelling and Platform teams to devise a solution that addresses regional team's needs / pain points.  Ensure the final solution is embedded with regional team and with realized business benefits.
  • Maintain good relationship with bankers and ensure quality treasury arrangements comply with policies;
  • Handle loan administration and documentation;
  • Perform UAT on new systems and systems enhancement;
  • Ad hoc assignments as required



  • Bachelor or above degree holder in Finance / Accounting / Economy / Mathematics or related discipline;
  • At least 5 years of working experience in Treasury or finance-related functions in a major financial institution or corporate, top commercial or investment banks is preferred;
  • Familiar with the procedure of transferring funds in various currencies across region, and the procedure of bank loan drawdown and repayment, and other Treasury related work;
  • Familiar with the main business models of a Securities company, including FICC, Equity, OTC derivatives, Investment Bank, Asset management, and other regulated activities;
  • Familiar with SFC Client Money Rules;
  • Ability to work on multiple projects with a high attention to detail and good judgment on prioritization;
  • Ability to interact and build relationships with people from different departments and levels of seniority;
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin.
