Responsibilities:
- Responsible for marketing and sales of fixed-income products to Chinese accouts.
- Assist in maintain existing Chinese investor relationships by understanding their needs, handling inquiries and etc.
- Work together with the team to achieve targeted revenue goals on an annual basis.
- Maintain the highest standards of attention to details and professionalism.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in fixed income sales, Chinese client coverage experience is a plus
- Experience in dealing with major financial institutions including asset managers, insurance companies, bank treasury and etc.
- Strong learning ability, communication and coordination ability and team spirit, full of passion, and able to adapt to higher intensity work requirements;
- Highly self-motivated; ability to work individually and within a team.
- Excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English is a must. Fluent in Cantonese is a plus.
