UX/UI Designer

We are looking for a UX/UI Designer who is passionate about discovering, designing and improving digital customer experiences for our products in emerging markets.

The ideal candidate will have previously designed innovative experiences, displayed a deep understanding of customer needs and a skill to be adaptive to a fast-moving environment. They will have a deep passion for perfecting the end-to-end experience across a diverse set of teams, disciplines and platform technologies.

You will design process and collaborate with global design teams to improve a group design processes and systems.

Responsibilities

• Transforming business and user insights into desirable, mobile-first designs
• Support wireframing and rapid prototyping to validate concepts with both business and users
• Deliver highly polished and consistent hi-fi screens and assets for development
• Liaise effectively with product managers and developers to implement your designs
• Build on and improve our design system and components

Experiences/Skills

·       3-5 years of hands-on experience designing clean, beautiful interfaces for a variety of mobile/tablet/web products

·       Strong understanding of typography, iconography and composition

·       Expert knowledge of mobile design best practices and iOS/Android patterns

·       Expert with industry standard design tools

·       Animation or interaction design

·       Experience working with design systems

·       Degree or Diploma in UX, HCI, Web Design, Multimedia or equivalent professional experience is valued

·       Excellent communicator English, both written and spoken
