Key Responsibilities:
Managing a team of Finance professionals, you will fully responsible for the below:
- Manage senior stakeholders of Tech/Ops/Support Units in HK and Group’s counterpart in Singapore
- Monthly expenses analysis for Tech/Ops/Support Units and bank-wide occupancy and computerization
- Cost allocation from Support units to business analysis
- Annual budget preparation of budget for Tech/Ops/Support Units and bank-wide occupancy and computerization
- Dashboard creation and management (Qlikview and Tableau)
- IT charges and Real Estate data processing
- IT Project expenses tracking and management
- External payment review and approval
Key Requirements:
- University Graduate with at least 10 years’ experience gained within a banking finance division
- Hands-on experience in MIS reporting or FP&A is highly desirable
- A self-starter with track record in a team management role and be able to work independently
- A can-do attitude with strong communication and analytical skills
- Proficient with Excel and data visualization tools such as (Qlikview and Tableau)
- Fluency in English and Chinese is essential
