• To regulate listed issuers under trading suspension in accordance with the Listing Rules, including administrating and providing guidance on interpretation of the Listing Rules, reviewing issuers' communications and submissions, reviewing investigation reports and internal control reports relating to issuers, and handling applications for trading resumption. • To conduct cancellation of listing cases, including drafting case recommendation reports and presentation before the Listing Committee and the Listing Review Committee • To provide legal and other professional support to the work of the Listing Division, particularly with respect to the review of novel and complex accounting, legal, business and financial issues • To lead or provide assistance in policy development projects as required We will assign our staff to take up additional/other responsibilities in the Listed Issuer Regulation department from time to time where necessary.
Job Requirements:
Qualified lawyers/accountants or university graduates of other relevant disciplines with at least 8 years working experience in litigation, of which at least 2 years at management/supervisory level. • Knowledge of the Listing Rules and the securities industry and its practices including securities laws and accounting practices is preferred • Strong interpersonal, analytical and presentation/advocacy skills and knowledge of investigative techniques and procedures • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua is essential
