Responsibilities

1. ETF Sales & Business Development

  1. Drive ETF sales efforts with banks, brokers, insurance partners, family offices, and institutional clients.
  2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with overall ETF business objectives and growth targets
  3. Identify new business opportunities and contribute to expanding the ETF client base and market share
  4. Support ETF product launches by collaborating with Product Development, Investment teams, and Marketing teams

2. Client Relationship Management

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors and institutional clients
  2. Provide professional advisory and respond to client enquiries on ETF products, including structure, pricing, liquidity, and market positioning
  3. Manage sales pipeline and client activity tracking through CRM tools
  4. Support onboarding of new distribution partners and strategic accounts

3. Product Positioning & Investor Education

  1. Conduct product presentations, market updates, and training sessions independently or alongside senior stakeholders
  2. Enhance client understanding of ETF strategies, index construction, and trading dynamics
  3. Contribute to product messaging and positioning to improve competitiveness and investor adoption

4. Marketing & Engagement Activities

  1. Participate in roadshows, client meetings, conferences, and webinars to promote ETF offerings
  2. Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, investor education initiatives, and brand building
  3. Ensure all materials comply with regulatory and compliance requirements

5. Cross-functional Collaboration

  1. Work closely with internal teams including Product Development, Investment, Compliance, Risk, and Operations to ensure effective execution of ETF initiatives
  2. Contribute to broader ETF strategy, including liquidity development, AUM growth, and channel expansion aligned with firm-level objectives

Requirement

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline
  2. Minimum 6–10 years of relevant experience in ETF sales, asset management distribution, or institutional sales
  3. Solid understanding of ETFs, including index products, liquidity, trading mechanics, and market structure
  4. Proven track record in sales and client relationship management within financial services
  5. Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  6. Client-oriented mindset with strong commercial acumen and execution capability
  7. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  8. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; Bloomberg knowledge preferred
  9. Relevant regulatory licenses (e.g., Hong Kong SFC Type 1/4/9) preferred
  10. Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
