Responsibilities


Your Role:

• Overall leadership and coaching of all staff including Trade Processors, Database Management and ECM Staff, as well as direct management of supervisors within each team.
• Lead and mentor team members while providing guidance in accomplishing department goals
• Create and maintain acceptable service levels for key areas of responsibility
• Create an environment of co-operation and initiative through appropriate delegation, empowerment, training and motivation.
• Anticipate and resolve work problems and exercise sound judgment to make appropriate.
• Contribute to the roll out and success of the Global processing initiative, working closely with colleagues in multiple locations globally.
• Assess areas of risk on each team and within the department and implement processes to address areas of concern.
• Identify opportunities to enhance technology and automate procedures to limit or eliminate manual processes.
• Assist in the developing a global forum dedicated to sharing best practices and improving processing standards.

Qualifications


About You:

• Degree holder in Accounting/Finance/Economics
• 3 to 5 years' experience in Financial Services, preferably Investor Relations and/or Client Service related
• 1 to 3 years' experience managing staff
• Knowledge in hedge funds and/or fund of funds
• Knowledge in compliance and regulatory issues and anti-money laundering policies
