Our client an Irish Successful Distribution organisation are currently looking to recruit a Credit Control Administrator to join their expanding team.



Working with within the credit control team role will involve:




Role and Responsibilities

• Processing payments and query management


• Maintain administration functions


• Bank payments daily


• Credit control fully maintained and reported as required.


• Investigating and resolving queries relating to non-payment of invoices.


• Ensure that the collections processes followed are in adherence with the credit control policy


• Ability to take responsibility for order releases for all ledgers


• Ability to make decisions for all customer accounts.


• Respond in a timely manner to requests for information from internal/ external departments.


• Sap Business 1, experience essential

The Ideal Candidate:

• 2 years' experience in a similar role, ideally within credit control.


• Strong administration skills, attention to detail, accuracy and organisational skills.


• Proficient, flexible and able to prioritise competing demands and meet strict deadlines under pressure.


• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-focused approach.

This is a lovely role for an an Administrator with some Credit control experience or general AR / Credit Control experience.
