Are you an experienced Accounts Assistant, Accountant, Technician with
strong Excel skills looking for a flexible, part-time opportunity?



We're recruiting for a
Part-Time Accounts Assistant to join an established and busy production company in Dublin. This is a varied role with responsibility across the day-to-day finance function.



The ideal candidate will be
highly organised, detail-focused, commercially aware and confident using Excel , with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.




???? The Role



You will be responsible for:

• Managing Accounts Payable and supplier payments


• Monthly Processing payroll for approximately 70-100 staff


• Managing and monitoring daily cash flow


• Completing bank reconciliations


• Preparing and submitting VAT returns


• Processing and managing staff expenses


• Assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts


• Using Excel extensively for financial reporting, reconciliations and analysis


• Supporting the wider finance function as required

The successful candidate will initially attend the
Dublin office for training and onboarding .



Once fully trained, the role will be
predominantly remote , with occasional days required in the Dublin office.



The position is
20 hours per week , with flexibility around how those hours are structured for the right person.




???? About You



We're looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience in an accounts/finance role


• Has strong Excel skills and is comfortable working with spreadsheets, financial data and reporting


• Is confident with payroll, accounts payable, VAT and bank reconciliations


• Has excellent attention to detail


• Is highly organised and able to manage deadlines


• Can work independently and take ownership of their responsibilities


• Is comfortable working remotely


• Has a proactive, hands-on approach


• Experience in production, media or the creative industries would be an advantage but is not essential
