We're looking for an enthusiastic
SME Account Manager to join our growing team. Whether you've worked in sales, account management, customer service, retail, hospitality or another customer-facing role, this could be the perfect opportunity to develop your career within a successful and fast-paced business.



You'll inherit an established portfolio of customers, helping them get the best value from our services while identifying opportunities to introduce additional products that can support their business needs.

What You'll Be Doing



As one of our Account Managers, you'll become the trusted point of contact for a portfolio of business customers.



Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:



Supporting customers with account queries and providing excellent service



Understanding customer needs and identifying opportunities to introduce additional products and services



Conducting regular customer conversations to strengthen relationships and increase customer loyalty



Working towards sales, retention and activity targets



Managing your customer portfolio effectively and ensuring customers receive the best possible experience



Collaborating with colleagues across the business to deliver outstanding results



Maintaining accurate records and keeping customer information up to date




What We're Looking For



You don't need years of experience. We're looking for people with the right attitude, energy and relationship-building skills.



We'd Love to Hear From You If You Have:

• Previous experience in sales, account management, customer service or another customer-facing role


• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with customers


• A positive and proactive attitude


• The ability to build rapport and develop long-term relationships


• Strong organisation skills and attention to detail


• Basic Microsoft Office skills


• A willingness to learn and develop your commercial skills
