Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer - Oracle HCM

What You'll Do

• Partner with Sales to understand customer needs and design tailored Oracle HCM solutions.
• Lead discovery workshops and strategic conversations with HR leaders and executives.
• Deliver engaging product demonstrations, presentations, and proof of concepts that bring Oracle HCM to life.
• Present confidently to audiences of all sizes, from executive meetings to customer events.
• Champion Oracle's AI and Agentic AI capabilities and demonstrate their business value.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Support the sales cycle with RFI/RFP responses and build trusted customer relationships.

Responsibilities

What You'll Bring

• Exceptional presentation, storytelling, and communication skills in both Hebrew and English, with the confidence to engage and influence audiences at every level.
• At least 5 years of experience in HCM as an HRIS professional, Solutions Engineer, HR Transformation Consultant, or HCM Implementation Consultant.
• Experience with Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar HCM platforms.
• A bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, Information Systems, Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• The ability to engage with CHROs, HR leaders, HRBPs, HRIS teams, and senior stakeholders across Core HR, Talent, Recruiting, Learning, Workforce Management, and more.
• A self-driven, collaborative mindset with strong learning agility and the ability to manage multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
