Customer Success Manager, Sales & Trading

The Customer Success Manager (CSM) plays a key role in enhancing the customer experience by ensuring that the customer's business objectives are achieved through full utilization of our solutions. The scope includes a broader set of solutions (Desktop, Feeds, Enterprise and Risk services) and opportunities (cross-sell, up-sell) that will be passed on to Sales and Account Management.

The CSM is a post-sales role which drives commercial value creation. Our CSMs learn to understand how the clients use LSEG solutions purchased to later ensure that clients retain the products they subscribed to and extend our services. CSMs collaborate with Account Managers to set up a success strategy to become a customer's partner of choice.

The team will be coordinating and organizing variety ways of interactions for a client, delivering targeted communication through visits, web tools, videos, newsletters. Also CSMs are setting up initial or more complex client engagement where comprehensive training on the financial knowledge will be provided.

How You'll be Successful
  • Work closely with customers to help them succeed with LSEG products efficiently.
  • Analyse product usage information with focus on at risk" customers to mitigate cancellations and identify value optimization opportunities
  • Collect customer feedback and share with relevant teams internally to support enhancement of content or functionality changes
  • Develop and implement retention strategies as part of the customer's success plan, in partnership with Account Managers
  • Identify and investigate opportunities to pass to Sales and Account Managers for action and share insights to support the sales process
Who You Are
  • Proficient in both Japanese and English (both spoken and written)
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills to efficiently balance multiple client interactions
  • Build strong trust and positive relations with clients and colleagues
  • Eager to learn and grow in the customer facing position and the changing condition

  • Have financial markets knowledge in one of the following domains: Sales &Trading, Investment
  • Banking, Asset Management, Wealth and in Digital Marketing
  • Have programming experience with Python
