Working at the intersection of Fintech, Golang, microservices, and cloud-native technologies, you will design scalable backend services, integrate with Japan's financial infrastructure, and translate local business and regulatory requirements into innovative technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities

• Design and scale mission-critical backend systems tailored for Japan's brokerage and financial services market.
• Develop and enhance backend applications using Go (Golang), gRPC microservices, and REST APIs.
• Build secure and scalable integrations with Japanese banking systems, brokerage platforms, and financial market infrastructure.
• Collaborate with global engineering teams to translate local regulatory and business requirements into technical specifications.
• Work closely with Japanese regulators, vendors, and internal stakeholders to support compliant and reliable platform development.
• Optimize backend architecture to improve scalability, performance, security, and system reliability.
• Contribute to system design discussions, engineering best practices, and continuous platform improvements within a globally distributed team.

Required Skills and Qualifications Experience:

• Strong proficiency in at least one statically typed programming language, such as Go (Golang), Rust, Java, or C++.
• Proven experience designing and developing complex financial systems, brokerage platforms, or fintech applications.
• Experience building scalable distributed systems and backend architectures.
• Hands-on experience developing gRPC microservices, REST APIs, or cloud-native backend services.
• Experience working independently within globally distributed engineering teams using asynchronous collaboration tools.
• Strong computer science fundamentals, including software architecture, algorithms, and system design.

• Hands-on experience integrating with Japan's banking infrastructure, financial market systems, or domestic investment platforms.
• Strong understanding of Japan's fintech ecosystem and financial regulations.
• Experience designing highly available cloud-native systems for mission-critical services.
