Pricing Data Management Administrator (LUX-6 MONTHS CONTRACT)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Oversight queries to support clients:
  • Business Object queries to ensure accuracy of MDF system, oversight control on stale price analysis and management of stale price committee with internal clients.
  • Client support for pricing activities, Hedge Fund oversight control on prices inputted and valorisation, assistance on different projects involving the team.
• Maintaining logbooks, potential participating in internal client meetings
• Assisting and supporting regular internal & external audit
• Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of procedures, policies and plans includes cross location aspects
• Maintain coherence of procedures and processes across locations.
• Providing support to the global team when required
• Managing client queries via Pricing Sheet Agreement, system enhancement & parametrization with support of senior staff
• Ensuring activities in according with regulation (AML Sanctions, information transfer to TDS)
• Ensure effective logging and resolution/follow up of enquiries and liaise with appropriate parties to resolve/escalate queries/problem within agreed timescales

• Continuously improve efficiency, quality, and productivity through the application of a pertinent methodology and system evolution

Experiences

• 1-2 years experiences in a role focused on strong knowledge of financial instruments
• Prior pricing experiences (pricing specialist) / Pricing Analysis
• Prior support in working with internal clients
• Providing security and pricing experiences
• Worked with pricing systems e.g., Multifonds
• Excel – VBA/SQL/Bloomberg System
• Prior experiences with Internal and External Audit
• Fund Accounting (mostly knowledge would suffice, this would be beneficial for the role and the data you will be working with).
• Rendering services
• Tech skills in-line with VBA, etc., would be beneficial but not a must.
