Conducting Officer (RC)

Do you have solid fund industry knowledge? Are you a specialist in Compliance? Do you have live in Luxembourg?

If yes, this is a rare opportunity to join my client’s city-based office in Luxembourg! Functioning as a fund and investment manager, my client is searching for a motivated individual that must have these 3 elements in their profile:

• Live in Luxembourg
• Have a minimum of 5 years in Compliance
• Experience with AIFMs

Your role:

… will include the following duties and responsibilities:

• Implement and Manage the AIFM’s compliance plan and policies
• Being part on the onboarding process of new investors
• Preparing comprehensive reports to the Executive Committee and the Board of Managers
• Providing advice and assisting the staff of the AIFM on the regulatory implications of actual and new regulations and changes to the business
• Perform regulatory watch to ensure the Company’s compliance

About you:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience working in legal administration or paralegal role
• Working knowledge of Luxembourg & EU AML legislation
• Experience working with AIFMs - solid fund industry knowledge
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to act on own initiative
• Strong communication skills (both written and oral)
• High proficiency in English
