Tasks

• As part of the Avantage Reply team, you will assist our clients in developing and integrating solutions in Risk Management, Finance or Compliance domain, i.e. governance, policies and procedures, optimal processes, analytics and risk models
• You will get hands-on experience in day-to-day activities of Financial Institutions, project and change management, e.g. statutory reporting production, enhancement of the existing processes, implementation of new regulatory requirements
• You will collaborate alongside internal experts, our clients' teams and have exposure to C-level management in the Financial Industry

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Finance, Economics, or in a Business-related field
• Fluent at least in French and English (mandatory)
• Demonstrated desire for continuous learning
• Result oriented, ability to set clear goals and objectives and achieve them within defined deadlines
• Attention to details, ability to provide high quality of work
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Creativity and problem-solving skills, ability to diagnose issues and develop solutions
• Ability to work independently while also demonstrating real team-working skills
