Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Support preparation of HR analytics, management, and regulatory reports.
• Assist with HR data analysis, validation, and quality checks.
• Help automate recurring HR reports using Excel, Power BI, Python, or similar tools.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders and data owners to clarify requirements and ensure high-quality data.
• Support ad-hoc data requests for HR stakeholders.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related quantitative fields.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g. Power Pivot, Power Query, charts), with exposure to Power BI and programming tools such as Python or SQL.
• Strong interest in analytics, AI, and data-driven HR, with good attention to detail.
• Able to communicate data insights clearly and work effectively with HR stakeholders.
