Responsibilities

• Review map data for assigned regions to ensure accurate representation of roads landmarks and points of interest consistently applying internal mapping guidelines to maintain high data quality across the platform.
• Analyze user feedback and internal quality reports to identify mapping issues such as incorrect locations missing entities and outdated information and update records to enhance navigation reliability and user trust.
• Validate geospatial information using internal tools satellite imagery and reference materials focusing on precise alignment of map features to support routing search and proximity based services.
• Document findings corrections and status updates in mapping systems with clear and concise notes enabling transparent audit trails collaboration with cross functional teams and efficient issue resolution.
• Collaborate with customer support teams by explaining map related resolutions in simple and clear English helping them respond to end users with accurate information and realistic expectations.
