How will you make an impact?
The Treasury area is the Bitvavo core in handling all sorts of balances and transaction monitoring, for both crypto and fiat. That includes retrieving transaction data from third parties, monitoring hot and cold wallet balances, and interacting accordingly with crypto custodians, depending on the asset. For both crypto and fiat, they provide the tools to monitor users’ transactions to detect any potential malicious activity. The area is responsible for balance checks, reconciliation, and integrating with Chainalysis to make sure that we adhere with all the DNB (De Nederlandsche Bank) regulations and that we know and we can follow the trail of the money. The area is also responsible for staking, from offering staking for new assets to the staking rewards distribution logic.

You are responsible for helping the team achieve their business targets by showing a strong command of technical excellence, strong coding skills, bring smart technical discussions, and propose new solutions that gets the job done as fast and as good as needed. Also, to show good team work ethics, and to be a team player. To give and receive feedback properly, and to always thrive to grow and be better.
You will also be involved to build new monitors, maintain old ones, and participate in fire fighting occasionally, whenever there's an issue or an outage happening.
