About the Team & Business Line:

For over 75 years Citco has developed an ethos of service excellence and partnership in corporate fiduciary and administration that our clients rely upon. Through our global office network we provide a full suite of corporate administrative services to set up, administer and maintain corporate entities throughout their life cycle.

Working with our Centre of Excellence Company Secretarial Team, you will work with multinationals, corporates and private clients to provide critical support that helps them meet the increasing regulatory and compliance requirements that shape the industry.

Your Role:

• You will be drafting and reviewing board resolutions
• You will prepare minutes for board meetings
• You will assist with multi-jurisdictional incorporations
• You will assist in preparation of annual statutory documents for filing
• You will provide legal support for ad hoc tasks which may be required by client/s from time to time
• You will directly liaise with clients for corporate secretarial related concerns
• You will ensure proper time-keeping and tasks monitoring

About You:

• You have significant experience on company secretarial services; units earned from law school is a plus but not a requirement
• You have at least 2+ years' experience in a company secretarial role and handled local/ multinational corporate secretarial activities
• You have strong command of the English language on both verbal and written
• You are highly organized
• You are analytical and a fast learner
• You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
