Responsibilities

You will join Fincon Reply and will be disciplinary & technical lead of the development team
Part of your job will be project staffing
You will take ownership of Problem solving & prioritisation
You will be also responsible for the delivery quality & technical documentation
You will be a contact point for the customer & appointment coordination

Qualifications

We are looking forward to your successfully completed university studies in computer science or comparable technical course of study
5+ Years of experience in IT and at least 2 years as team lead
You possess expertise in Java, Open Source Frameworks (e.g. SpringBoot) & Cloud Technologies (e.g. Kubernetes)
An understanding of agile methodologies.
You are proactive, assertive, self-confident and empathic
Excellent communication skills in English, German will be nice to have
