Your role
Are you well organized? Do you have a sharp eye for detail? We are looking for someone like that who can help us.
The responsibilities of an Intern in the HR EMEA SMC Small Countries Team include:
• Managing and resolving employee inquiries concerning lifecycle changes, specialising in workforce administration activities;
• Assisting the team of HR professionals with their daily tasks;
• Handling sensitive documents with discretion and professionalism;
• Supporting transformation projects and simplification initiatives alongside daily operations.
Your team
You'll be part of the HR Service Delivery team, supporting employees and line managers via chat and ticketing systems. The team delivers hire-to-retire HR services while also engaging in continuous improvement and growth initiatives.
Your expertise
• Fluent in English;
• Prior experience in Human Resources or a Shared Services environment is preferred;
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Service-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills;
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with varied daily tasks;
• Well structured, organized when dealing with everyday workload and fast changing priorities;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems (e.g., Oracle BI, ServiceNow);
• Comfortable working with tight deadlines.
