Your role
Are you a great innovator? Do you know how to solve problems and increase efficiencies?
We're looking for someone like that who can:
- provide service to our Multi-Manager platform including Client and management reports for various mandates/products, cash monitoring/management and data management
- perform regular checks of Fair Market Values (FMV's) and reconciliation of portfolio positions of our Fund of Funds and mandates with the fund administrators and service providers as well as performing the monthly/quarterly P&L production and control environment, reviewing risk and performance metrics
- interact with our Portfolio Management team for support in trade execution and cash management
Your team
You'll be working in the Unified Global Alternatives team in Wroclaw, Poland. We are part of UBS Asset Management and provide product and operational services as Middle Office in the Alternative Investment area.
Your expertise
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting or Controlling
- at least 3 years working experience in Banking, Finance, Accounting and/or Controlling preferably within Alternative Assets
- strong analytical, problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
- Front-end user experience in finance software, proficiency in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel, and general IT-tools flair
- experience in implementation of automation / AI solutions
- fluent English, German considered a plus
- accurate, diligent, and independent working style
