We are seeking a professional and proactive Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our office. In this role, you will create a welcoming environment for guests and employees while ensuring the efficient daily operation of our workspace. What You Will Do:
• Provide comprehensive reception services, ensuring a polite, professional, and welcoming experience for all guests.
• Manage daily reception operations, maintaining the dynamic and diverse office environment.
• Maintain conference rooms to professional standards.
• Coordinate and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence, including couriers and registered post.
• Organize and archive office documentation.
• Work closely with the Facilities Assistant and Facilities Coordinator.
• Act as a point of contact for internal and external service providers, such as technical and cleaning services.
• Assist in the coordination and execution of onsite events.
• Report office issues and faults in a timely manner.
• Enforce security standards, ensuring guest access complies with company policy and that subcontractors remain within authorized areas.
• Adhere to all Health and Safety, environmental, and emergency operating procedures as outlined in company training.
What You Will Need:
• Fluent Polish and English (spoken and written) .
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in reception, office management, or hospitality, with a track record of providing high-standard customer service.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong planning, organizational, and prioritization abilities.
• Punctuality, meticulousness, and reliability.
• Proactive approach with a strong attention to detail.
