AVP, Business Development and Projects - Premier Banking Asia (Offshore)
- Drive business development initiatives to support the direction and growth of the business
- Lead and drive cross-functional key projects to develop new markets and capture business opportunities
- Identify key industry trends, as well as maintain relationships with relevant internal and external partners
- Collaborate with stakeholders both within and outside of OCBC Group and anchor regional partnerships (both internal and external)
- Independently conduct competitive market research on market trends that have a potential to impact the business
- Support key business planning, financial analysis, project management and coordinate relevant administrative activities
Qualifications
- Have at least 6-8 years' banking experience mainly in the offshore market
- Be able to drive and lead business initiatives and projects by working with key stakeholders of all levels
- Be able to create and deliver a compelling presentation to drive initiatives
- Must be mature and able to work efficiently to lead multiple projects and handle senior management and leadership
