Business Delivery Manager (Scrum/Banking/Credit Risk)

Key role as a delivery manager and scrum master to delivery Business Intelligence Dashboard and MIS Reporting for Credit Risk within the Risk Management Group

Job Responsibilities:

1 Manage the end-to-end delivery of system solutions involving Business intelligence Dashboards and MIS reporting.

2 Understand and clearly define deliverables and scope of the project to ensure development squad has clear sprint goal that is aligned to product owner.

3 Run the day-to-day scrum delivery in Agile and ensure squad members from different teams have clear understanding and ownership of task without impediments.

4 Manage the UAT process to ensure consistency on timelines and deliverable scope of MVPs.

5 Identity and establish clear ownership on project risk and issues, and track these to resolutions.

6 Effectively plan and coordinate across different teams and departments to track and ensure overall project delivery accordingly to timelines

7 Manage communication and provide timely updates to Stakeholders or Governance

Requirements:

1 Bachelor’s degree with 6-8 years of work experience including at least 2-3 years experience of project delivery or system implementation preferably in Agile framework.

2 Keen understanding of end-to-end system design and workflow from source system to data warehouse to application solutioning.

3 Proficient in project management, scrum delivery and planning tools such JIRA, Confluence, Project Scheduling

4 Comfortable with multitasking with different projects and user groups.

5 Candidate with the below knowledge or experience will be advantageous

6 Domain knowledge on Banking and Credit Risk

7 Technical knowledge on Business intelligence Dashboard using Qlik
