A leading real estate investment platform with global presence is looking for a CFO to based in Singapore. Canbdidates from other regions who are willing to relocate to Singapore are welcome and Singapore Employment Pass can be sponsored by the employer. The ideal candidate needs to have 15-25 years of relevant experience, including previous experience working as CFO/ Fund raiser for GP with presence in real estate investment. Experience in setting up GP/ funds is a plus. Proficiency in English is a must and Mandarin will be a plus.

- Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team

- Leading the fund raising efforts from external investors and set up at GP and funds level.

- Providing strategic views to the CEO and the executive committee

- Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting

- Advising on long-term business and financial planning

- Establishing and developing relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders
