CGW Investment APAC Risk & Control - VP

• Support risk and control programs for the APAC Investment organization including execution and reporting results to provide global risk management consistency and excellence
• Works closely with business and product partners on regulatory change management, management of issues, identifies gaps and makes recommendations on improving practices
• Management of Internal Audit and Regulatory Reviews including Compliance reviews, in partnership with APAC Investment COO, business and product teams
• Issue and Corrective Action Plan (CAP) coordination, in partnership with APAC Investment COO, business and product teams
• Assist in the effective governance and management of risks in the first line of defense, and driving the implementation of risk issues / actions on a timely basis for APAC Investment business
• Drive procedural implementation and change management process with APAC Investment COO, business and product teams; including adhoc risk mitigation and process improvement/remediation related projects
• Performs quarterly MCA monitoring reviews, including recommendations on issue findings and enhancements to controls to ensure effective operational risk framework
• Send training due reminders to ensure compliance
• Support and work with Global team to execute integration plans for the relevant work stream program, deliverables, and other milestones
