Our client is a global insurer with unique product offerings and strong growth commitment Myanmar. It is currently hiring for a dynamic and business-oriented CFO, based in Myanmar.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Country CEO and Regional CFO, you will lead a high performing finance and actuary team. You will establish and implement key corporate initiatives to ensure the overall financial health of the business. Acting as an advisor to the Country CEO and business leaders, you are responsible for delivering financial insights that help in the strategic decision and growth of the business. You will ensure proper financial governance in line with generally accepted standards, tax and other regulatory requirements. You will spearhead and lead transformation projects in driving innovation and improvements across the financial operations.
Requirements
With Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Economics, Mathematics, or related fields, you possess a minimum of 15 years' experience in financial services, ideally in insurance and banking; CA or CPA qualified. With leadership and team management experience, you are business-oriented, dynamic with a strong strategic vision. Effective communication, problem-solving, and influencing skills are vital for the success of the role.
