Your new role

• Handle client account opening requests and onboarding documentation.
• Review and verify client documents (e.g. identification, KYC documents).
• Perform system checks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of client information across systems.
• Support onboarding for various client types, including individuals and corporate entities.
• Liaise closely with internal stakeholders such as Front Office, Compliance, Legal, and Risk.

What you'll need to succeed

• At least 1 year of experience in client onboarding / account opening within banking or financial services.
• Strong understanding of KYC/AML and regulatory requirements.
• High attention to detail with strong risk awareness.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel and Outlook).
• Fluency in English and Mandarin to support regional clients.
