Our client is a reputable international bank with regional headquarter in Singapore. As part of the succession planning, they are now looking to hire a deputy head of audit for the regional compliance audit function and cover across business segments.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Regional Head of Audit, you will ensure all activities conducted in the region are in compliance with government regulations, internal policies and procedures. You will cover across AML / AFC as well as regulatory compliance audits. As the senior member of the team, you will also help train, guide and mentor junior members. The bank provides not only progression but also mobility opportunities.
Requirements
You are degree holder who possesses relevant professional qualification, with a least 12 years of Internal Audit or 2nd line of defence experience within a reputable bank. Strong people management experience is highly valued. You are an effective communicator, enthusiastic and self-motivated individual, with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Occasional travel within APAC is required.
