Engagement Delivery Partner - Life Science

Job Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders within Cognizant on multiple projects to ensure the right value and governance is delivered.
• Delivery leader who works in "2 in a box" with Client Partner and Account managers to support client relationships through delivery and engagement.
• Managing large scale and complex life science projects involving technologies like Sales force Veeva, SAP, BI, IICS, AI ML, AR VR and frameworks like DevOps, Agile etc, and collaboration with the larger offshore driven delivery teams
• Extensive Global delivery management experience, having managed stakeholders and teams in the US, India and APAC.
• Ensure operational excellence in the portfolio for optimized margin and support in forecast submissions with high accuracy
• Involves in hiring decisions, finalizing appraisals and people development plans.

Requirements

• Significant experience and expertise on not only life science domain but also the software and services required in the life science industry.
• Strong Life science domain knowledge on Sales & marketing, Multi-channel enablement, Supply Chain , Pharmacovigilance, Clinical trials, Medical writing and publishing etc.
• Extensive experience in Portfolio & Project mgmt (PPM) / account planning exercises and taking decisions around revenue, margins and other critical account(s) decisions, including stakeholder mapping etc.
• Should be able to lead conversations with customers on the LS domain to seek requirements, as well as propose pertinent software products and solutions to accomplish client expectations.
• The leader should be able to analyse and take quick decisions with respect to new RFPs, revenue, margins and related Go - No-go decisions.
• Knowledge of processes from creating opportunities to creating and running projects
• Excellent team management and motivation skills
