URGENT: Finance Director (Retail/FMCG, MNC, Urgent)
My key client - a leading multinational retail brand - has recently opened up a Finance Director opportunity. This role is perfect for a seasoned Finance professional who wants to be the right hand man/woman of the CEO - providing insights & opinions on the Financial data of the company.
The ideal candidate comes from a retail/FMCG background, able to work with the business line managers, take an active part in overall Finance operations.
A generous above market package and an opportunity to lead a strong Finance team is on hand.
Job Brief:
Lead the overall Finance function of the company, covering financial & corporate accounting, FP&A, financial reporting, management reporting, budget & forecast, tax, treasury, among others.
Stakeholder management: Work closely with the business line and add value as Finance business partner.
Directly work with the CEO as a trusted Finance business partner/adviser, providing important insights & opinions using the financial data.
Experience Requirements:
· Experience in retail, FMCG is a top advantage.
· Professional qualification – CPA, ACCA, ISCA, ICAEW
· At least 15 years of strong experience in Finance operations
· Strong stakeholder management skills
