This role will be responsible for overseeing fund accounting, investment reporting, and operational processes to support the firm's growing investment platform.

1. Manage fund accounting and administration activities, including NAV calculation and review.
2. Perform reconciliation of cash balances, investment positions, and custodian statements to ensure accuracy and data integrity.
3. Take ownership of monthly portfolio performance reporting and related investment analytics.
4. Monitor and analyze investment performance, including portfolio returns, benchmark comparisons, and risk metrics.
5. Prepare and present investment operations, performance, risk, and compliance reports to internal and external stakeholders.
6. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, reporting capabilities, and control frameworks.
7. Maintain high standards of data quality, governance, and operational excellence across investment operations.
8. Ensure timely and accurate submission of statutory and regulatory reporting requirements, including GST filings and other financial reports.
9. Support ongoing risk management initiatives and strengthen operational controls within the investment platform.

1. Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline with 5 to 10 years of work experience.
2. Relevant experience in fund accounting, fund administration, investment operations, or performance reporting within asset management, wealth management, or financial services.
3. Strong understanding of NAV processes, reconciliations, portfolio accounting, and investment reporting.
4. Familiarity with regulatory and statutory reporting requirements.
