Fund Finance Manager (Private Equity)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Finance and Operations

• Monitor fund cash flows and managing fund transfers and capital call,
• Liaise with custodians and administrators and coordinate overall relationship with banks, counterparties and fund administrators.
• Lead the monthly, quarterly and annual reporting process to LPs and the fund administration relationship.
• Calculate IRRs and carried interest waterfall calculation
• Provide analysis of the fund expense and performances
• Coordinate with external auditors on the annual audit process

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above and CPA,  ACCA or equivalent
• At least 6 years of solid finance and fund accounting experience in the private fund industry 
• Experience in people management is a bonus
• Confident in handling stakeholders
