Our client is a reputable PE firm with headquarter in Singapore. As part of the expansion plan, they are now looking for a high caliber Internal Audit / Internal Control candidates to join the group audit function.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the audit committee, you will work closely with compliance, legal and external advisors to help set up internal control framework of the group. You will be leading the process for internal control review and work collaboratively with business and process owners to implement and monitor remediation efforts that result from internal control assessments. Own initiatives are quired to formulate policies and procedures to improve internal controls, operational risk management, and efficiency by discussing with external consultants and internal subject matter experts.
Requirements
You are degree holder who possesses relevant professional qualification, with a least 5 years of audit experience within a Financial Institution or the Big 4. Sound knowledge of MAS notices/ guidelines, relevant statutory regulations and financial institutions internal control environment are essential. You are a strong communicator, enthusiastic and self-motivated individual, with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
