Manager, Finance (Group Reporting)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and/or review monthly group consolidation, analysis and reports
• Manage annual forecasting and budgeting exercise of the Group
• Develop strong understanding of all key performance drivers and issues relating to forecast and budget
• Work closely with finance teams of various business units and corporate departments to ensure timely reporting and accurate analysis of forecast and budget
• Prepare budget presentation slides and Group reports
• Support investment and divestment activities
• Perform system administration duties for IBM Planning Analytics
• Any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

You possess a degree or professional qualification in Accountancy, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in consolidation and financial reporting, preferably in listed companies and/or real estate sector, good understanding of Singapore financial reporting standards SFRS(I) and preferably with experience in IBM Cognos Controller, IBM Planning Analytics/ TM1, SAP and Yardi.
