We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ServiceNow CSM Solution Architect to join our team. As a CSM Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) solutions for our clients.
Responsibilities: - Work with clients to understand their business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs using the ServiceNow platform
- Collaborate with project teams to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Design and configure ServiceNow CSM modules, including Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, Case Management, and Service Level Management
- Develop custom workflows, business rules, and scripts using JavaScript and other programming languages as needed
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution design, process flows, and technical specifications
- Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members
- Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow platform releases, features, and functionality and make recommendations to clients on how they can best leverage the platform to improve their business processes
Requirements: - 14+ years of total experience and 5+ years of experience designing and implementing ServiceNow CSM solutions
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications required
- Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and CSM best practices and methodologies
- Experience with ITIL, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies
- Strong technical skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other programming languages
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and project teams at all levels of the organization
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
