Our client is a global real estate asset management firm. Due to expansion, they are looking for an Senior Fund Accountant to join their finance team. Reporting to their Director, you will be responsible for the fund accounting work.
Reporting into the Director, you will be responsible for the below:
- Review books of accounts
- Quarterly NAV calculation
- Support treasury functions
- Coordinate and oversee payment process
- Internal and external stakeholder management
- Submission of MI to management
